Dr. Bose is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology and Biomedical Engineering with a joint appointment in the Department of Immunology at the Mayo Clinic. Suman received his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in India. Later, he worked with Dr. Rohit Karnik at MIT, where he earned his S.M. and Ph.D. from the Department of Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Medical Science. He did his postdoctoral training with Dr. Robert Langer and Dr. Daniel Anderson at MIT and Harvard Medical School, where he focused on developing implants for cell-based therapies. Suman started his independent laboratory in April 2023 at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale Campus. Read more
